Corporations Canada returned zero results, so it is provincial only, and no acquisition, parent or investor turned up; Wikipedia calls it private and The CANADA List and madeinca.ca call it Canadian owned. Treated as a privately held company still associated with founders John and Lotte Davis; the shareholder register, SEDAR+ and EDGAR could not be checked.
