The vendor's heritage page carries the same ownership timeline and its site is copyrighted to Suntory Global Spirits, so the chain still holds in 2025. Suntory Global Spirits Inc. is a US intermediate, but the ultimate owner is privately held Suntory Holdings of Osaka, so the whole mix goes to OTHER. Corporations Canada returned zero results, consistent with an Alberta provincial corporation, and the Alberta Corporate Registry could not be searched.

The vendor says its grain comes from farmers in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, that it is Canada's largest buyer of rye, and that its water is Rocky Mountain water. Barrels are new charred white oak and once-used bourbon barrels, which by the nature of bourbon are American, so the US share covers cooperage; glass and closure origin was not published. The 70/30 split is an estimate.
