The vendor's About page says Sophie Boyer, a former member of Quebec's cross-country ski team, acquired the Quebec company in 2012 and is now its president, and its team page lists her as Owner & President. Its LinkedIn page separately describes the company as self-owned with 2 to 10 employees. Quebec's business registry (REQ) returned a Cloudflare block on every attempt, so its ownership filing could not be checked; a federal Corporations Canada search found a corporation named Audvik Ltee (110139-1) incorporated in 1981 in St-Clet, Quebec, but its directors of record and last annual meeting date to the 1990s and its filings have lapsed toward involuntary dissolution, so it looks like a stale shell tied to the founders rather than the current Montreal operation and was not used as evidence.

The vendor's FAQ states all Audvik coats and beanies are 100 percent made in Montreal, and its Local Production page says every coat is handcrafted start to finish in its Chabanel workshop; its careers page also lists an open Seamstress/Tailor production role in Montreal. Its site also sells a smaller FOSFO puffer line, on the same domain and under the same company, that the FAQ says is designed in Canada but produced in Asia. Counting FOSFO's roughly six product listings against about thirty Audvik-branded coats in the same collections gives an estimated four-fifths Canadian share by product line count.

The vendor's About page lists its whole team, including a head seamstress, a sewist, a sample seamstress, designers, a sales director, and customer service, all working out of its 1625 Chabanel West workshop in Montreal, and its careers page lists every open role as based in Montreal. LinkedIn separately lists the company as headquartered in Montreal with 2 to 10 employees. No other office or production site was found.

The vendor says its coat fabric is 100 percent recycled, made from recovered water bottles, and that all its coats now use a recycled insulation, but it never names the mill or country that supplies either material. Its Local Production page says it works with local labor, artisans, and suppliers near its Montreal workshop, which points to some local sourcing of trims and services, but specialized recycled technical fabric and insulation of this kind are not milled in Quebec at this scale, so the estimate assumes the bulk of raw material inputs are imported.
