The April 2026 management information circular lists 24,580,616 common shares, of which VN Capital Fund I, LP holds 11,018,600 (45 percent) and James Howard Thomas Riddell holds 4,084,711 (17 percent), and SEC EDGAR records VN Capital Fund I, LP as a Delaware limited partnership at a New York address managed by VN Capital Management, LLC. The US fund's stake is allocated to US and the remaining 55 percent, held by the Calgary-based Riddell, the McNally family and the TSX float, to Canada. VN Capital is the largest holder but not a majority owner, so no switch flag is set; the Corporations Canada search returned zero results because Big Rock is an Alberta Business Corporations Act company, and the Alberta registry and SEDAR+ could not be reached.

The fiscal 2025 MD&A states that Big Rock's primary brewing, packaging and warehousing facility is in Calgary and has operated since 1996, and the 2025 modern slavery report says the company has one main operating brewery, in Calgary, with manufacturing licences in BC and Ontario but no plant there. The investors page and home page repeat that the beverages are produced in Calgary, so all manufacturing is Canadian.

The head office is at 5555 76th Avenue SE in Calgary, the same site as the brewery, and the 2025 modern slavery report counts 121 permanent full-time employees plus a handful of fixed, casual and inactive staff in the Alberta operating partnership, with sales staff resident in Alberta, BC and Saskatchewan and agencies in Manitoba and Ontario. No employees or offices outside Canada were disclosed.

The 2025 modern slavery report says the beers use prairie-grown two-row malting barley, hops bought through agents in Yakima, Washington plus some rarer imported hops, cider fruit from a Kelowna orchardist, and aluminum cans from a Canadian company near the brewery that is owned by a packaging group headquartered in Tampa, Florida; of 403 vendors, 371 are in Canada, 28 in the US, 2 in the UK, 1 in the Netherlands and 1 in Mexico. The split is an estimate weighting Canadian barley, malt and cans against US hops and the US-owned can supplier, since no spend by country is published.
