Brickworks Ciderhouse is a Toronto cider brand founded in 2013 by Adam Gerrits and Chris Noll, sold to Mill Street in late 2015 and now a Labatt Brewing Company Limited brand, which puts it inside Ambev S.A. and Anheuser-Busch InBev. The cider is still made in Ontario from Ontario apples, but the profit leaves Canada. The Leslieville ciderhouse restaurant closed in January 2024; Longo's is the only grocer with a fetched listing.

The vendor's privacy policy names Labatt Brewing Company Limited as the operating entity and its terms of use place it under Anheuser-Busch InBev; Ambev S.A.'s 2025 Form 20-F lists Brickworks among its Canada brands and says AB InBev (Belgium) held 62.3 percent of Ambev, with the rest trading on B3 in Brazil and as NYSE ADRs, so the split of the minority between OTHER and US is an estimate. Corporations Canada shows Labatt as an active federal corporation registered in Toronto and returns no record for Brickworks itself, whose original Ontario company could not be checked because the Ontario Business Registry was not reachable from this session.

The LCBO listing says Batch: 1904 is made in Ontario, Canada by Brickworks, and the Toronto Star reported in 2018 that the main product line is produced at Mill Street's Toronto facility while the Leslieville ciderhouse made small batches; that restaurant closed in January 2024 and the Mill Street North York brewery closed in 2025, so the current production site is not confirmed. Ambev's 20-F lists only Canadian plants for the Labatt segment, and nothing suggests the cider is made outside Ontario.

The brand is run by Labatt from its Toronto head office at 207 Queens Quay West, the registered office on the Corporations Canada profile, and the founders, cider maker, and former ciderhouse staff were all in Toronto. Group functions sit with AB InBev abroad, but no employee count by country was found for the brand.

The vendor says its cider starts with fresh pressed Ontario apples, the LCBO listing repeats that, and a 2018 launch release said the company only uses apples from within 300 km of Toronto. The 473 mL aluminum cans, the raspberry and lemon flavourings, and any added sugar are not sourced anywhere, so the US and OTHER shares are an estimate for packaging and flavouring.
