Amazon.ca listings for the Moisturizing Lotion, Hydrating Cream-to-Foam Cleanser and Eye Repair Cream all give country of origin USA with L'Oréal in Montreal as the place of business, and The CANADA List records the brand as manufactured in the USA. L'Oréal Canada's Saint-Laurent plant makes haircare, styling and skincare products, but nothing ties CeraVe to it, so the small Canadian and European shares are an allowance for unchecked SKUs rather than a published split.
