Classé's own site credits Harman International Industries as owner in its footer copyright, and Wikipedia's Masimo and Harman International articles, summarizing the May 2025 deal, describe Harman as the acquirer and identify it as a subsidiary Samsung Electronics has owned since 2017. Profit ultimately flows to Samsung in South Korea, so OTHER carries the larger share, with the rest to the US reflecting Harman's own operating and legal control as the entity actually named as parent and as the deal counterparty. The split is an estimate; a Quebec or federal registry search for a current Classé entity could not be completed, the registry site returned a 403 to an automated request.

Every product Classé currently lists is a Delta series amplifier or preamplifier, and the vendor's own home and about pages both say these are hand built at a dedicated Japanese facility, named on the about page as Shirakawa Audio Works in northern Japan. Nothing in the current lineup is made in Canada, the US, or Europe.

The vendor states the company is based in Montreal and describes its own design team there, but publishes no street address or headcount, and its customer support and careers pages route through Harman's Masimo Consumer infrastructure rather than a standalone Classé office. With design work placed in Montreal and support, sales, and management functions folded into the US parent's operations, the split is an estimate weighted toward Canada for the named design presence.

Classé does not publish where the transformers, capacitors, or chassis for its amplifiers come from, so with hand assembly concentrated at one Japanese facility, materials are assumed to follow that location. The Canadian share is an estimate for the Montreal design and engineering work. The site is a dealer catalogue with no checkout of its own, so there is no platform dependence to weigh.
