The federal corporation Clover Leaf Seafoods Inc. was itself amalgamated into the Connors/Bumble Bee corporate family in 2001 and no longer filers separately, so no Canadian registry shows current control; this rests on press-reported acquisition coverage, not a filing I could reach this session.
