The audited fiscal 2025 statements say Corby is controlled by Hiram Walker & Sons Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pernod Ricard S.A. of France that held 51.6 percent of the Voting Class A shares, and the August 2026 results release puts Pernod Ricard's stake at about 46 percent of the capital; Corporations Canada lists the company as an active CBCA corporation registered in Toronto and exempt from the significant-control register as a public company. The remaining roughly 54 percent of the capital is public float on the Toronto Stock Exchange with no other holder disclosed, so it is counted to Canada by HQ and listing venue, and the EU share is set at 0.5 to sit between the economic stake and the voting control; that placement is a judgment call. SEDAR+ could not be fetched, so the management information circular was not checked for other holders above 10 percent.

The fiscal 2025 MD&A reports that more than 90 percent of Corby's spirits are produced under distillate and co-pack agreements at Hiram Walker & Sons' Windsor, Ontario distillery, with Ungava brands made at Corby's own Cowansville, Quebec plant, Foreign Affair wine at its Niagara winery, and Ace Beverage Group ready-to-drink products at third-party co-packers across Canada. The only non-Canadian site was a UK blender and bottler for Lamb's rum sold outside North America; Lamb's was sold in August 2026 with transition support continuing, so a small EU share is kept for the current year and the split is an estimate. The plant that makes most of the product belongs to Pernod Ricard, not Corby.

Corby's head office is at 225 King Street West in Toronto, matching its registered office at Corporations Canada, and its own contact page lists sales offices only in Halifax, Montreal, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver plus the Windsor distillery. No employee count is published in the fiscal 2025 annual report; the 430 employees on the Windsor campus are Hiram Walker's, and two of Corby's nine directors give addresses in Paris and Fort Lauderdale, which does not move the mix.
