Dillon's Small Batch Distillers is a craft distillery at 4833 Tufford Road in Beamsville, in the Town of Lincoln, Ontario, founded by Geoff Dillon in 2012 and acquired in 2021 by Mark Anthony Group Inc., the privately held, family-owned Vancouver drinks company behind White Claw and Mike's Hard Lemonade. Gin, vodka, rye whisky, bitters and the canned gin and vodka cocktails are all distilled and made at the single Niagara site from Ontario rye, Niagara fruit and grapes, and distillery-garden botanicals. The US cocktails are imported by the parent's Chicago arm, but the parent is Canadian-owned, so no US point of control was found.

Brewbound quotes founder Geoff Dillon saying the company was acquired by Mark Anthony Group in 2021, Mark Anthony lists Dillon's among its Premium Crafted Spirits brands, and the Dillon's privacy pages load the Mark Anthony Group policy. Mark Anthony Group Inc. is an active British Columbia corporation per OrgBook BC and describes itself as a privately held Canadian corporation founded in 1972 in its Forced and Child Labour Act statement, with founder and chairman Anthony von Mandl, so the profit is treated as staying in Canada whether or not Geoff Dillon kept a minority stake. Corporations Canada returned no federal record for Dillon's, the Ontario Business Registry could not be reached, and no page names the Dillon's operating entity, so the ownership chain rests on press and the parent's own statements.

The vendor says every Dillon's offering is distilled and crafted in Canada, and describes copper pot stills and a bespoke mashing-stripping still at the Niagara distillery, where tours show the production. Brewbound reports the vodka and gin for the canned cocktails are made at the Niagara facility, and the CANADA List and madeinca.ca both list manufacturing in Beamsville, Ontario; no second production site or co-packer was found, so the canning line for the cocktails is assumed to be in Canada as well.

The only disclosed Dillon's location is the distillery, sipping room and shop at 4833 Tufford Road in Beamsville, Ontario, where the distilling, tour and tasting staff work, and the founder still speaks for the company from there. The parent's corporate office is in Vancouver and its US sales arm in Chicago, but no Dillon's employees outside Ontario were identified, so the single-site rule applies.

The vendor names its farm suppliers: rye grain from Brant County, Ontario, berries from Tigchelaar Berry Farms in Jordan, crabapples from Warner Farms in Beamsville, Niagara grapes, and botanicals from the distillery garden, and the rye whisky is made from 100% Ontario rye and aged partly in new Ontario oak. The whisky also uses new American oak and first-fill bourbon casks, gin juniper and some botanicals are not grown locally, and cans, bottles and cocktail flavourings are not disclosed, so the split is an estimate that keeps the grain and fruit as the bulk of inputs. The storefront runs on Lightspeed and the vendor also sells through provincial liquor boards, so platform dependence is limited.
