Corporations Canada returned no federal record for Dillon's, the Ontario Business Registry could not be reached, and no page names the Dillon's operating entity, so the ownership chain rests on press and the parent's own statements.

The only disclosed Dillon's location is the distillery, sipping room and shop at 4833 Tufford Road in Beamsville, Ontario, where the distilling, tour and tasting staff work, and the founder still speaks for the company from there.
