A Corporations Canada federal search for 'FGF' returned no results, consistent with an Ontario-incorporated, not federal, private company; the Ontario registry itself is blocked to automation, so no minority or outside stake could be checked.

FGF's own Stonefire and ACE Bakery lines list FGF Brands Inc.'s Toronto address (1295 Ormont Drive) as the maker, while FGF's forced-labour filing and a 2018 company news post describe an added production footprint in San Antonio, Texas. The split is our estimate weighted toward the larger Wonderbrands portfolio; we could not confirm the Alabama or Florida plants mentioned in trade coverage, or whether they supply the Canadian shelf.

Country Harvest's own site advertises 'Canadian wheat flour' and Wonder's whole wheat bread lists wheat flour first on its ingredient panel, the dominant input across the bread portfolio. FGF's forced-labour filing says it sources materials from countries worldwide with most suppliers in North America; sugar, vegetable oil and some packaging are typically imported for this category, so a meaningful OTHER share is carried for those.
