Global's corporate responsibility report states 85 percent of its filing, casegoods, desking, tables, and systems furniture is manufactured in North America, and describes air curtains installed at four of its seating manufacturing facilities. Its first factory was in Downsview, Ontario, and madeinca.ca lists the company simply as manufactured in Toronto, Ontario, while Global also runs US operations from Marlton, New Jersey. Global does not publish a country-level manufacturing split, so the Canada/US share of the North American total is our estimate weighted toward Ontario as the flagship site.
