The Growers site's terms page names Arterra Wines Canada, Inc. as the operator and trademark owner, and Arterra's own history says Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan acquired Constellation's Canadian wine business in 2016; Constellation's December 2016 8-K exhibit confirms that sale to the pension plan. Corporations Canada shows Arterra Wines Canada, Inc. as an active federal corporation registered in Mississauga with no individuals with significant control, which fits institutional ownership, but no filing or registry after 2016 states that the pension plan still holds the company, so the current owner rests on Arterra's statement.

No page names the specific plant that produces each range, so the Canadian share is the vendor's claim rather than a registry fact.
