Inniskillin has no corporation of its own: Corporations Canada shows Cartier & Inniskillin Vintners Inc. and Inniskillin Okanagan Vineyards Inc. as amalgamated, and the brand's site, terms and newsletter consent all name Arterra Wines Canada, Inc. as the operator. Constellation Brands' December 2016 8-K exhibit records the completed sale of its Canadian wine business, including Inniskillin, to the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, Corporations Canada shows Arterra Wines Canada, Inc. (1382004-1, active, Mississauga) under parent 9972137 Canada Inc. registered at Teachers' Toronto head office address, and Teachers' major investments list as at December 31, 2025 still names Arterra Wines Canada, Inc. No documented minority stake was found; the Ontario Business Registry could not be checked.

Every wine on the vendor's site is VQA and labelled Country of Origin Canada, made at the Inniskillin Niagara Estate at 1499 Line 3 in Niagara-on-the-Lake and, since 1994, at the Okanagan estate in Oliver, BC, which shares the Jackson-Triggs facility. Arterra's own report says it manufactures wine in Canada and only blends imported bulk wine into non-VQA brands, which Inniskillin is not. The parent's figures are its own statements; no regulator confirmation of the VQA status of each product was fetched.

The brand's winemakers, tasting rooms and vineyards are in Niagara-on-the-Lake and Oliver, and the parent's head office is in Mississauga with about 2,000 full-time and part-time staff across Canada per Arterra's own site and its 2024 modern slavery report. No headcount for the Inniskillin estate alone was found; LinkedIn was not reachable.

VQA wine must be made from grapes grown in Ontario or British Columbia, and the site says the Okanagan estate grows and produces VQA wine, so the main input is Canadian. Arterra's modern slavery report says packaging and bottling materials come from Canada and suppliers around the world without naming countries, so the share for glass, corks and closures is an estimate that assumes some European cork and US or overseas glass. The online store runs through Wine Rack, an Arterra business, so there is no foreign platform dependence.
