Jackson-Triggs is a brand of Arterra Wines Canada, Inc., named on the brand site's terms page. Constellation Brands' December 2016 SEC 8-K exhibit confirms the sale of its Canadian wine business, naming Jackson-Triggs, to the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, Corporations Canada shows Arterra Wines Canada, Inc. as an active federal corporation with no individual with significant control, and OTPP's portfolio page lists Arterra today. No 2026 filing names OTPP as the current shareholder, so continued ownership rests on OTPP's and Arterra's own pages.

The brand's contact page places its estates at Niagara Stone Road in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario and Tucelnuit Drive in Oliver, BC, and Arterra's co-manufacturing page lists six Canadian production facilities including Niagara Falls, St. Catharines and Oliver. The Proprietors' Selection blends are bottled in Canada from partly imported wine, which is counted under inputs rather than here.

Arterra's contact page and its Corporations Canada registered office both give 441 Courtneypark Drive East in Mississauga, Ontario, and the brand's own staff work at the two estate wineries in Ontario and BC. Arterra publishes no headcount by country, but every listed office, winery and Wine Rack store is in Canada.

The Grand Reserve and Reserve tiers carry Niagara Peninsula or Okanagan appellations and use Canadian grapes, but the Proprietors' Selection, which the home page's fine print identifies as an International Canadian Blend and the basis of its Canada's number one wine claim, blends imported bulk wine with domestic wine and its product pages state no appellation. The vendor publishes neither the blend proportions nor the import origins, so the split is an estimate that weights the high-volume blended tier, with imported wine assumed to come mostly from South America, Australia and South Africa and a smaller share from the United States.
