(802889-3) as an active federal corporation registered at 326 King Street East, Toronto, exempt from the ISC register as a wholly-owned subsidiary of a listed corporation, with two of its three directors at Kao USA's Cincinnati address. Kao Corporation is headquartered in Tokyo and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (4452) with 192,868 shareholders and a trust bank as its largest holder at 18.45 percent, so control is diffuse and both the HQ and the listing venue fall in the OTHER bucket. The registry does not name the parent, so this rests on Kao's own statements; no Ontario registry check was possible today.
