Ltd. as an indirectly 100% owned subsidiary, and the same filing says Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV (Belgium) holds 62.3% of Ambev, with the Zerrenner foundation (Brazil) at 10.2% and other B3 and NYSE holders at 27.1%. The mix follows those shares; the split of the free float between Brazilian and US holders is an estimate.
