Lavo's Montreal head office and plant (11900 boul. Saint-Jean-Baptiste) run the Quebec brands day to day and its careers pages recruit locally, but KIK's corporate leadership above Lavo (CEO, CFO, division presidents) was hired almost entirely from US companies (P&G, Newell Brands, Zep, Serta Simmons, Anchor Glass, Driven Brands), and KIK names Atlanta a second "centre of excellence" alongside Toronto, so a minority of the people directing the wider business are US-based.
