(963604-8, CBCA, incorporated 2016-02-18, registered office 9200 de la Côte-de-Liesse Road, Lachine QC) with directors Michael Cape and David Cape, and its individuals with significant control register, confirmed 2025-07-25, names David Cape of Westmount QC as holding more than 50 percent and up to 75 percent of the shares indirectly; the parent Groupe Marcelle Holdings Inc. (954328-7) shows him at more than 75 percent. The 2016 Caisse de dépôt press release records an 18 million dollar investment by CDPQ, consistent with the minority stake The CANADA List reports, and CDPQ is a Quebec public pension manager, so every known owner is Canadian. The Quebec enterprise register could not be queried today.

No office or site outside Canada is named.

Neither marcelle.com nor groupemarcelle.com discloses where ingredients or packaging come from; the vendor says only that its in-house lab selects the formulas.
