The vendor states it has been led by the Oland family since 1867 and is the last major brewery in Canada still owned by Canadians; Wikipedia and the CANADA List corroborate private family ownership with no parent. Corporations Canada shows Moosehead Breweries Limited as a federal corporation discontinued in 2007, so it now lives in a provincial registry, most likely New Brunswick, which I could not query; Wikidata lists no owner or parent.

The vendor says its brewery and taproom are at 89 Main Street West in Saint John, with capacity to brew and package 25 million cases a year, and every brand on the site is brewed there. Wikipedia mentions a past arrangement for McAuslan to brew Moosehead in Quebec, which I could not confirm is current, so all production is allocated to Canada either way.

The careers page lists two locations, the Saint John brewery and an Etobicoke sales office and warehouse, with a sales force across Canada; the discontinued federal record gives the same Saint John registered office. The small US share is my estimate for the Moosehead USA import arm that Wikipedia mentions, which the vendor's site does not describe.

The vendor publishes no sourcing detail beyond a 100% Canadian brand claim; the CANADA List notes Canadian ingredients where possible. The split is my estimate: Canadian malt and water for most of the bill, with hops and aluminum cans partly imported from the US, Europe and elsewhere.
