The vendor's own about, who-we-are, and privacy-policy pages name no parent company or investor beyond 'Nature's Touch Frozen Foods Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates.' A September 3, 2026 Food Chain Magazine interview quotes founder/CEO John Tentomas directly: 'We're a 100-percent family-owned company, which is rare for companies of our size, and we intend to keep it that way,' ruling out private equity or institutional ownership.
