Olymel's about-us page states it is "a division of Sollio Cooperative Group" (formerly La Coop fédérée), a Quebec agricultural co-operative owned by its farmer members, and Sollio's own 2024 annual report lists Olymel as one of its three divisions. Corporations Canada shows an active federal corporation, Olymel International Inc. (844433-1), and affiliated Sollio entities (Fondation de Sollio Groupe coopératif; Sollio Agriculture Livestock Production), but the parent co-operative itself is not a CBCA filer, so this rests on the parties' own statements rather than a registry record of the co-op structure.

Olymel's own facility map (about-us page) lists all current slaughter, processing and bacon plants in Canada: Quebec (Ange-Gardien, Anjou, Bécancour, Berthierville, Drummondville, Saint-Patrice-de-Sherrington, St-Damase, St-Esprit, St-Henri, St-Jean-Baptiste, Ste-Rosalie, two sites in Trois-Rivières, Yamachiche), Ontario (two sites in Brampton, Cornwall, Oakville, Port Colborne), Alberta (Red Deer) and New Brunswick (Clair), plus a hog-production site in Humboldt, Saskatchewan. Olymel closed its Princeville (QC) and Paris (ON) plants in late 2023 and its Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu (QC) plant in 2025, redeploying that volume to the Trois-Rivières and Saint-Henri plants; those closures are reflected by their absence from the current map.

Olymel reports about 12,000 employees, essentially all at its Canadian plants and its Saint-Hyacinthe head office; its facility map shows only small sales offices outside Canada (Australia, Japan, South Korea), immaterial to headcount.

Olymel states its pork and poultry are raised by Canadian, largely Quebec-based, farmers, many of them Sollio co-op members; the Trois-Rivières expansion release describes "value-added products made with meat of superior quality that's produced by local farmers." Minor ingredients such as spices, casings and packaging are not confirmed as Canadian-sourced, so a small OTHER share is estimated.
