Trade press reported that Shoreview Industries, a Minneapolis private equity firm that acquired the company in 2005, sold Paradigm Electronics, Anthem Electronics, and MartinLogan Loudspeakers back to co-founder Scott Bagby and his son John Bagby on May 10, 2019, with Shoreview exiting the business completely. Corporations Canada's federal search and the multi-jurisdictional business registry tool could not be queried with the tools available this session, so this rests on the vendor's own press announcement as reported by trade press rather than a registry filing.

Paradigm states its loudspeakers are designed, engineered, and crafted at its own 225,000 square foot factory just outside Toronto, and names its CI Elite series specifically as made in Canada. Madeinca.ca corroborates that the company 'engineers and produces many of its speakers in Ontario', phrasing that implies not every line is. No source, including the vendor's own site, named a specific offshore manufacturing location or line, so the non-Canadian share is an estimate.

Paradigm's only disclosed office is 205 Annagem Blvd in Mississauga, Ontario, and its research arm, the Paradigm Advanced Research Centre, is in Ottawa. Trade press covering the 2019 ownership change also places Paradigm, Anthem, and MartinLogan together in Mississauga. No other office, studio, or facility was found on the vendor's site or elsewhere.

Paradigm does not disclose where raw materials, driver magnets, or electronic components come from. Final assembly of most lines happens at its own Canadian factory, but speaker drivers and electronics commonly draw on globally sourced parts across the industry, so the mix assumes a majority of material inputs originate outside Canada.
