Lipton Teas and Infusions Canada Inc.'s 2025 report under the Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act states it is incorporated under the Ontario Business Corporations Act, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lipton Group Holdings B.V. and an indirect subsidiary of Lipton Teas and Infusions B.V. of the Netherlands, and sells Red Rose among its products. The parent's own shareholder page says CVC completed the acquisition of Unilever's tea business on July 1, 2022, and Wikipedia lists Red Rose as a Canada-only brand of that company, with the US brand separately owned by Teekanne's Redco Foods. Corporations Canada returned no federal record for the Canadian entity, consistent with an Ontario incorporation, and the Ontario Business Registry could not be queried.

The Canadian entity's 2025 forced labour report says it has no plant, operates as an importer and wholesaler, and brings its products in from related parties in North America, Europe and the Middle East, so nothing is packed in Canada; the Saint John factory closed in 1988 per CBC Archives and no Brampton or other Canadian tea plant could be found. Which of the parent's plants packs Red Rose is not published, so the split across the three named regions, weighted to North America as the nearest plant for a Canada-only brand, is an estimate. The CANADA List row saying manufacturing in Canada is contradicted by the filing and was not used.

The only Canadian staff behind the brand are the roughly nine remote employees in Ontario and Quebec that Lipton Teas and Infusions Canada Inc. reports in its 2025 forced labour filing, which also gives the company no office address. Blending, packing, marketing and management sit with the Amsterdam parent and its plants abroad, so Canada is weighted below the European head office and the split is an estimate.

The vendor's product page says 100% of Red Rose tea comes from Rainforest Alliance certified gardens, the parent says two thirds of its tea supply comes from Africa, and the Canadian filing names suppliers in Kenya, India, Rwanda and Tanzania.
