The BC Registry (OrgBook BC) shows Saje Natural Business Inc. as an active BC corporation, Corporations Canada returns no federal entity, and EDGAR has no filing, so no shareholder register was reachable. BCBusiness reported in July 2020, from an unnamed source, that Greenwich, Connecticut based L Catterton took a controlling interest and installed its executive Michael Vineberg as interim CEO, which L Catterton's own people page corroborates by listing Vineberg as an operating partner for turnarounds; the founders were said to retain shares, so the 75/25 US-Canada split is an estimate of an undisclosed majority stake. Saje does not appear on L Catterton's public portfolio list and the company has never confirmed the deal, which is why this stays inferred.

FDA drug listings on DailyMed for 27 Saje therapeutic products name BC contract manufacturers Prolab Health & Beauty Ltd. and Natures Formulae Health Products Ltd., both active BC corporations, and the labels read Made in Canada; The CANADA List and Made in CA say the same. Those filings cover the licensed pain, cold and skin lines, and the body wash and lotion lines are assumed to follow the same contract manufacturing, with the OTHER share allowing for accessories and any imported cosmetic SKUs the vendor does not disclose.
