(693750-1) as an active CBCA corporation incorporated 2008-03-09, a non-distributing corporation with a Markham, Ontario registered office, and its individuals with significant control register, confirmed 2026-05-07, names only Dean Paripoush and Hoda Paripoush, each holding 25 to 50 percent of the shares directly since incorporation, so no parent company or outside investor takes the profit. The one caveat is that both owners give an address in Alcabideche, Portugal in the ISC register while the sole director, Dean F. Paripoush, lists Thornhill, Ontario; the register does not say whether that Portugal address is residential or an address for service, so the founders may now live abroad even though the company and its operations are Canadian.

The vendor's Why Sloane page states that all Sloane Fine Teas are hand blended in small batches in Canada in its nut-free, organic and kosher certified facility, and a 2018 National Post interview with the founder says everything is blended and packaged in Canada, in Toronto and Vancouver. Blending and packing is the whole of the manufacturing step for a tea merchant, so it is all Canadian; the exact facility address was not published anywhere fetched.
