The Sortilege site names Station 22 as the operating company, and Station 22 (Maison des Futailles s.e.c., formerly Kruger Wines and Spirits) reports itself as a subsidiary of Phildan Inc., a private Quebec company headquartered at 1100 Atwater in Westmount. The federal register for sister company Mondia Alliance Canada Inc. lists Caroline Dandurand of Westmount as holding more than 50 percent, which corroborates family control of the group, but Phildan Inc. and Maison des Futailles s.e.c. are Quebec entities and the Registraire des entreprises could not be reached, so the brand's own chain of title stays reported. Corby's 2016 Ungava Spirits purchase covered Domaine Pinnacle brands, not Sortilege, so no Pernod Ricard stake is allocated.

The vendor says the whisky is finished and blended at its Montreal plant, Station 22 lists its bottling plant at 2021 rue des Futailles in Montreal, and the SAQ listing shows product of Quebec, bottled in Quebec. The distillery that supplies the base Canadian whisky is not named.

The vendor states the liqueur is Canadian whisky blended with Quebec maple syrup from Les Industries Bernard et Fils, with Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean blueberries in one line, so the liquid is Canadian. Station 22's supply chain report says bottles, closures, labels, and packaging come from Canada, the United States, Mexico, Europe, and China, so the split is an estimate.
