The Better Business Bureau's Vancouver profile for the business, matching the vendor's own published phone number (604) 254-8133, lists "Sherry Chan, Owner" under both Business Management and Principal Contacts, so a third party now names an owner, raising confidence from inferred to reported. The vendor's own Company Profile page separately credits an engineer using the name "Albert LTS" as having led the company's audio design since 1995; that is a technical-leadership/founder claim, not itself a statement of ownership, and it does not contradict Chan being the registered owner of a small family-style operation.
