Spirit of York

Northfield Capital's audited 2025 financial statements state that it holds 57.6 percent of Distillery Network Inc., an Ontario private company that owns 100 percent of Spirit of York Distillery Inc., and its 2026 circular shows Robert Cudney of Toronto with 51.4 percent of the votes through all the Class B multiple voting shares. Northfield is incorporated in Ontario, listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and renamed Juno International in June 2026. The 42.4 percent minority in DNI is not named in the filings and is assumed Canadian; Corporations Canada returns nothing for Spirit of York, Distillery Network or Northfield, consistent with Ontario incorporation, and the Ontario Business Registry and SEDAR+ could not be reached today.

The vendor says every spirit is produced on site from grain to glass, milled, mashed, distilled in copper pot stills and hand bottled at the Trinity Street distillery, and the parent's MD&A describes the segment as spirit distilling at the Toronto Distillery District location. The Toronto Star reported the same on-site production when it opened in May 2017.

Rye comes from Scotland, Ontario and water from Springwater, Ontario, and the parent says 100 percent of ingredients are sourced from Canadian farms. Gin botanicals such as juniper, cinnamon, coriander, cubeb pepper and star anise are not grown commercially in Canada, whisky is aged in oak barrels of unstated origin, and glass and closures were not found, so the split is an estimate. The web store runs on Shopify, a Canadian platform.
