Corporations Canada lists Unbound Merino Inc. as an active CBCA corporation (1008211-2, incorporated 2017-01-27), a non-distributing corporation with 50 or fewer shareholders, whose register of individuals with significant control names two Thornhill, Ontario individuals each holding 25 to 50 percent of the shares indirectly since incorporation; all three directors give Ontario addresses. No press about an acquisition or outside investor was found, and the Ontario Business Registry was not checked.
