Van Houtte's own heritage page and Wikipedia's Van Houtte infobox both name Keurig Dr Pepper, the Nasdaq-listed public company formed by the 2018 merger of Keurig Green Mountain and Dr Pepper Snapple Group, as the brand's owner. JAB Holding, a Luxembourg-based investment firm, led the 2016 investor group that took the predecessor Keurig Green Mountain private and held an 87 percent stake in the combined company at formation, but current Keurig Dr Pepper disclosures do not name JAB as a controlling shareholder, so the mix follows the named US parent. Amazon.ca's product listing for Van Houtte's Original House Blend K-Cup pods gives the country of origin as Canada and names Keurig Dr Pepper as manufacturer, and Keurig Canada's own site once described two Quebec factories supplying its blends. No current source specifically confirms roasting still happens at a Montreal-proper plant rather than another Quebec facility, so the mix is Canada-wide rather than pinned to one city.

Corporate functions such as marketing and finance for the wider Keurig Dr Pepper portfolio sit at KDP's US headquarters in Massachusetts and Texas, so a minority share goes to the US; the split is an estimate.
