The BC OrgBook registry confirms Vessi Footwear Ltd. is a British Columbia company incorporated on 2017-07-05 and still active, but BC's beneficial-ownership transparency register is not publicly searchable, so shareholder percentages could not be verified. The vendor's own site names three Vancouver-based co-founders, Mikaella Go, Tony Yu, and Andy Wang, and no acquisition, parent company, or outside investor turned up in press or company searches.
