BC's OrgBook registry shows the Windset Farms trade name is owned by Greenhouse Grown Foods Inc., a BC-incorporated private company; Windset's own site names co-founders and CEO Steven Newell and COO John Newell and calls the business family-owned. BC's registry does not publish beneficial shareholders of private companies, so the Newell family stake is vendor-reported rather than registry-confirmed.
